Innovus Pharma is an emerging US pharmaceuticals company traded on the OTC market.

Origin’s principals invested in Innova’s unquoted forerunner, BioQuant, in 2007.

Innovus was spun-off from BioQuant in December 2009. The company achieved its OTC listing in December 2011.
